Call Center Agent

Job Summary:

Basra Delight is looking for a Call Center Agent to join our team and provide excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, processing orders, and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer inbound customer calls professionally and assist with inquiries, reservations, and complaints.
  • Process orders accurately and coordinate with restaurant teams for fulfillment.
  • Provide information about menu items, promotions, and restaurant locations.
  • Handle customer concerns and escalate unresolved issues when necessary.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and enhance their experience.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of customer service.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills in Arabic 
  • Ability to multitask and handle high call volumes.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first attitude.
  • Basic computer skills and experience with call center software (preferred).
  • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
